Are disposable diapers covered by Medicare or Medicaid?
Disposable diapers are generally covered by Medicaid and Managed Medicaid. Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Essential Plan policies do not offer incontinence coverage. Note that coverage varies by state and clinical need, we'll confirm your coverage and eligibility before your order is finalized.
What size should I order?
Sizing is based on waist measurement and weight, with sizes ranging from small to bariatric options. A clinician will confirm the right fit during your consultation.
How many diapers will I receive per month?
A clinician will work with your insurance plan to determine the covered quantity, and will confirm the exact amount before your first shipment.
How often will deliveries arrive?
We make it easy to get supplies delivered to you monthly. We'll reach out to confirm beforehand. Frequency and amount will vary based on clinical qualifications.
